We recognise that robust cybersecurity is essential to protecting our customers, partners and the integrity of the products and services we provide.
Cyber Essentials Certification
RMS International Group Ltd. is currently working towards Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification — the UK Government-backed scheme that demonstrates our commitment to protecting our systems and data against the most common cyber threats.

Data Security and Protection
RMS International Group Ltd. is committed to protecting all personal and business data held across our systems. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure data is stored securely, accessed only by authorised personnel, and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
System Security
RMS International Group Ltd. maintains appropriate controls to protect our IT systems and infrastructure from unauthorised access, malware and other cyber threats. This includes maintaining up-to-date software and operating systems, implementing firewalls and access controls, and regularly reviewing our security posture to identify and address vulnerabilities.
Staff Training and Awareness
RMS International Group Ltd. recognises that our people are a critical part of our cybersecurity defence. We are committed to ensuring all staff are aware of their responsibilities in relation to cybersecurity and receive appropriate training to identify and respond to potential threats, including phishing, social engineering and other common attack vectors.
Supply Chain Security
RMS International Group Ltd. is committed to working only with suppliers and partners who demonstrate appropriate cybersecurity standards. We assess cybersecurity risks within our supply chain and work collaboratively with our partners to ensure that data and systems are protected at every stage of our operations.
Incident Response
RMS International Group Ltd. maintains procedures for identifying, reporting and responding to cybersecurity incidents. In the event of a security incident that affects personal data, we will notify the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and affected individuals in accordance with our obligations under UK GDPR.
