Quality Objectives — Establishing and monitoring measurable quality objectives at relevant functions and levels, aligned with this policy and the strategic direction of the organisation.
People & Accountability — Ensuring that all personnel across RMS International Group Ltd. and its subsidiaries understand this policy, are empowered to contribute to its aims, and take personal accountability for quality in their area of work.
This Quality Policy is communicated to all staff, made available to relevant interested parties upon request, and reviewed at planned intervals to confirm its continued suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
ISO 9001:2015 Certification
RMS International Group Ltd. is currently working towards ISO 9001:2015 certification — the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. This certification demonstrates our commitment to consistent, high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement across our operations.
ISO 9001:2015 certification is currently in progress and is expected to be awarded in August 2026. This page will be updated upon certification.
