Planned Preventative Maintenance

Our engineers carry out scheduled maintenance visits in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, helping to identify and address potential issues before they impact clinical operations.
Emergency Field Service
When equipment fails unexpectedly, minimising downtime is critical. Our field service engineers are available to respond to emergency breakdowns, carrying out fault diagnosis, repair and testing to get your equipment back into service as quickly as possible.
Parts Supply and Replacement
RMS maintains access to parts and components for the equipment we support, enabling our engineers to carry out repairs efficiently and effectively during field service visits.

Maintenance Contracts
RMS offers maintenance contracts available at the point of sale for new equipment purchases, as well as after purchase, providing peace of mind from day one.
